Our Services may automatically update on your device, and by using our Services, you consent to this automatic updating. This Agreement applies to all updates. We are under no obligation to provide updates or maintain any particular features or functionality.

If using our Services on behalf of a business, the business agrees to these terms and will indemnify SoporteGPT against claims, losses, or expenses related to Service use or terms violation.
ABOUT THESE TERMS
We may modify these terms to reflect changes to the law or our Services. Regular review of these terms is advised. Changes will not apply retrospectively and will take effect no earlier than fourteen days after posting, except for new Service functions or legal changes, which are immediate. Discontinuation of Service use is advised if you disagree with the modified terms.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by Argentina's law, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Argentinian courts.
DATA RETENTION
SoporteGPT may store data related to your use of our Services, primarily anonymous analytical data or use-related information. It's expected that most data will be stored in the user's account, under the governance of that platform's privacy policy and terms.
Data will be retained for thirty (30) days post-agreement termination. Beyond this period, SoporteGPT may delete data at its discretion. It's your responsibility to secure data copies; SoporteGPT is not liable for data loss.
